Watermill's Writers' Workshops

The Watermill is offering a writer’s workshop for the autumn which is expected to be a huge success.
The focus will be on short story writing and will cover topics from getting started, structuring a story, narrative voice, revision and getting published. All are welcome, particularly beginners and those wishing to improve their skills.
The workshops will be lead by Linda Cracknell, John Herdman and Jamie Jauncey; three highly successful Scottish writers and skilled tutors.
Four sessions have been organised from 7.30 pm and will be held on 4 September, 9 October and 6 and 27 November. The Scottish Book Trust has partially sponsored the event and this is reflected in the excellent value price of only £55 per person for all 4 evenings.

Places will be restricted to ensure a quality experience so early booking advisable.
Full details and booking forms available from Helen at The Watermill on 01887 822896.
